This was incorrectly tagged as an issue with HelloSign. The e-signature service provider is eversign.

While we still don't have an ETA, we've received the following update from our service provider:

We have located the issue and are working on resolving it as soon as possible.
We also want to assure you that the consistency and safety of your data are not affected.

Update

Our service provider has updated us that they are actively working to resolve the issue and expect to be down for several hours. We are also evaluating alternative service options. Until then, we recommend downloading your documents and sending them to customers using another e-signature tool.
